Fire Quartz (also known as Hematoid Quartz and Crimson Healer) is a Girasol quartz with hematite inclusions, often giving it red, orange, or golden flame-like patterns. It’s a popular crystal for grounding, confidence, and focus — great for palm stones.
Girasol Quartz is a rare cousin of Rose Quartz. Light scatters off microscopic fibers inside it, giving the stone a misty appearance or a blue and golden glow. The name comes from the Italian girasole, meaning "turn to the Sun".
