This piece is from the newly discovered Vein 8, released at the Tucson Gem Show 2022.

Ocean Jasper (Madagascar): Ocean Jasper is a trade name for an orbicular Chalcedony, a variety of Quartz with spherical patterning, found only in northwestern Madagascar. The source of the stone was not discovered until 1999. It is associated metaphysically with purification, balancing the chakras, and both personal and earth healing.
